We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
With all accessories included if any parts are missing this will void your return claim.
You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. We will happily issue a replacement item if the product is faulty or store credit if replacement item is unavailable.
We require photo evidence to be emailed to us , outlining the issue with in 24 hours of receiving the goods to start the process for damaged goods claims.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders pre order purchases for amped and Polarstar products or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases, batteries ect .
We do not issue refunds for any pre order payments ( Amped and polarstar ) once your order is paid and it is considered fulfilled as these products are ordered on the customers behalf via our wholesale channels. And require international shipping so some delays might occur.

There is no refund available on any services offered such as installing parts, servicing blasters or rc cars, painting and refills ect
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on SALE items or REDUCED items or gift cards.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Refunds will not be issued to customers who place a pre order for any products and fail to collect or arrange delivery .
****If a customer is in the process of requesting a refund for an order from there bank there order will become dormant until verification from the bank is received that the refund requests have been WITH-DRAWN prior to us dispatching the goods.

**Customers are advised when a deposit or pre payment for a pre order item is paid this is NONE refundable this includes amped products, polartsar products, ROGB01 gel blaster, CNC upgrade parts for ROGB01 gel blaster , SMC9 and GTP9 Gel blaster combos
If you do not complete the payment agreement for any reason we will keep the pre order payment amounts.
laybuys have specific terms set please read these carefully before signing the agreement failure to make the regular pay amend on time will result in the cancellation of your layby and the fee will be with held as per the individual agreement terms.
REFUNDS WILL NOT BE ISSUED FOR ANY PACKAGES LOST IN TRANIT WITH OUR COURIER COMPANY as this is outside of our control
